


Bruce Seymour has over 26 years of security management and supervisory experience, including all aspects of security, law enforcement, and investigative service management and 18 years of experience in nuclear power facility security management. Before joining Talisman, Mr. Seymour was a Security and Safety Manger at North Atlantic Energy Services in Seabrook, NH where he managed industrial safety program for Seabrook Station and served as interim Human Resources Manger in addition to duties as a Security Manager. He also worked as a Security Department Supervisor for New Hampshire Yankee (NAESCO) where he managed all security actives, including development, enforcement, and maintenance of plans, procedures and programs that safeguard the security of personnel and resources. While working at NAESCO, he also administered a budget in excess of $4 million annually and was responsible for the development and oversight of Seabrook Station personnel reliability screening process.
In addition to working as a security supervisor for various places, Mr. Seymour also served in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years as a security personnel where he was responsible for the development of defense policies for USAF installations and managed protection of USAF and presidential aircraft and vital resources. He also provided law enforcement policy and guidance for 52 police agencies in 9 countries and developed and managed an ongoing drug suppression program (COUNTERPUSH) throughout Europe.
Mr. Seymour is a member of Association of Former Office of Special Investigation Special Agents and Air Force Security Police Association and a former member and a past chapter president of American Society for Industrial Security. He currently serves as Selectman for the Town of Deblois, ME., and president of the Narrraguagus Homeowners’ Association. Mr. Seymour received a B.G.S. Degree in Management from SLL-University of New Hampshire and completed Smith & Wesson Police Shotgun Instructors Course as well as completing all phases of professional military education.
