Dave Kimball is Vice President of Special Projects at Talisman and is a Partner in the firm. Mr. Kimball recently retired after a 25-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he led and managed significant operational as well as product development activities. While at the CIA, he served in a wide array of positions and geographic areas. In more than 10 years overseas, he served 4 tours and traveled to 65 countries, including two tours as Chief of Base in European locations.
In the course of his career with the Agency, Mr. Kimball managed increasingly larger programs in terms of both people and fiscal resources, including very large programs comprised of several hundred staff and contract officers, resourced in the millions of dollars. He developed the strategic direction of multiple business areas, at the Division, Group, and Office levels. His operational and management expertise within the Directorate of Science & Technology is well developed and proven over a wide array of assignments. Mr. Kimball has a B.S. degree in Biology and Chemistry from Brandeis University.
