Earl Marwil is a Senior Scientist and Consultant at Talisman. He has more than 15 years experience on the cutting edge of software engineering, analysis, and design. He also is experienced in computer aided design and analysis; data base design and analysis; software development; computer programming, architecture, and operations; software quality assurance, verification and validation, and performance optimization. Dr. Marwil has extensive experience and expertise in network design and installation, management and maintenance. He has been involved in numerical analysis for more than 20 years, and, for 24 years, has instructed in mathematics. He has been the Certified Design Review Chairperson, Idaho National Energy Laboratory since May 1994. Dr. Marwil holds a Ph. D. in Applied Mathematics from Cornell University. He also holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Oklahoma.
