


Gary Plummer is a Senior Information Management Specialist Consultant with Talisman International. As a former employee of Talisman, Mr. Plummer has more than 15 years of experience in database and document management. He is proficient in the analysis of data including retrieving, extracting and reporting of complex nuclear, chemical and environmental regulatory information for use in litigation and other legal proceedings. He specialized in handling high volumes of documents. He has been responsible for tracking document status from multiple computer applications including JFS Litigators Notebook, Jazz Notes, and Concordance. He is also skilled in utilizing computer applications for web-based use. Mr. Plummer is required to promptly consolidate information for staff and clients. He is required to track paper and alternative media materials such as DVD, CD, video tape, or any other media that can be orderd to be made available in the discovery phase of legal engagements. He is proficient at providing status of when and if specified material was reviewed, who was or is responsible for the review, the technical category the review falls under and the relevance or lack of relevance of the material to a particular case. Mr. Plummer frequently develops databases in support of the tasks listed above. He has also created and maintained exhibits depicting levels of contamination in soil, air and water as specified by the EPA, NRC, DOE or other standard bearing organizations for use in lawsuits, regulatory proceedings and arbitration. Mr. Plummer has successfully completed Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center training in Visual Basic and Advanced Microsoft Access and is an Honors Graduate of Stratford University in Northern Virginia, where he received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming. Mr. Plummer is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies at the University of Maryland University College.
