Jim Milhoan is a Senior Nuclear Safety and Licensing Consultant to Talisman. He has more than 30 years experience in nuclear safety, including 25 years experience regulating the commercial nuclear power industry. Mr. Milhoan is the former Deputy Executive Director for Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Regional Operations and Research in the U. S. NRC. He previously served as Regional Administrator in NRC's Region IV and as Deputy Regional Administrator in NRC's Region II. During his tenure at NRC, Mr. Milhoan also served as Director of the Division of Reactor Projects and Director of the Division of Reactor Safety. He has a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from West Texas State University and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
