


Mark Oliver is an Information Security Consultant to Talisman. He has 16 years of experience in secure networks, cryptography, software design, and information security. Dr. Oliver's notable past projects include architecting DOE's CAIRS and ORPS systems, acting as editor of IEEE P1363 committee on public key cryptography, and serving as an adjunct professor for the University of Idaho in CS and mathematics. In information security, he has gathered security requirements, led Vulnerability Assessments, worked with clients to manage and minimize the vulnerabilities found, and assessed technologies for their security aspects and implications. Dr. Oliver holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Pure Mathematics from Idaho State University. He also holds a Ph. D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wyoming.
