Patti Rupert has over 35 years of experience in various aspects of Corporate, Program, and Project management experience. For a period of 5 years, she actively participated in the on-site review of the Site Development Planning and Construction Planning activities of all Department of Energy Defense Program Sites as the Executive Assistant to the DOE’s Site Development Manager. During that time, Patti also assisted with the review of the Real Property Inventory System at all Department of Energy Defense Program Sites and other DOE installations. She played a key role in the planning, preparation, and performance of several Facility Planning and Real Property Inventory Workshops that were attended by more than 125 representatives from the Department of Energy and Operations Managers for Defense Program Sites. She was responsible for on-site office administration/management for a multi-million dollar test project for McDonald-Douglas. Patti was a team member in the “Assessment of State Agency and Enterprise-Wide Readiness to Deliver Electronic Government Services” for the State of Minnesota, performing some of the interviews of Agency Heads. She has been a software tester for a large on-going software development activity. As Corporate Security Officer, Patti was responsible all personnel clearance activities, security training efforts, as well as those of Facility Security Officer.
