Information Security
Talisman personnel are recognized experts in information security, computer science, application development, software engineering, environmental analysis and monitoring, physics and electrical engineering. We are familiar with U. S. and international standards for information security systems and have conducted training and certification programs for information security professionals.
Talisman is well qualified to assist in the protection of computer networks to prevent theft; damage by disgruntled employees; privacy violations; money laundering; denial of service; damage to corporate, government, or personal reputations; extortion; and espionage. We provide a wide range of information security services, including Assessment and Diagnostics, Architecture, Management, Implementation and Incident Investigation and Assurance, and Training and Certification. Talisman staff members have performed security engineering and special project (non-public) work for U. S. government clients since the early 1990s and have played a principal role in the development of the qualitative risk assessment process used worldwide by a large, multi-national oil company to conduct its risk assessments.
